Cartilage ball back jewellery

Is it possible to make all designs 14ct gold yellow and white in both 8mm and 6mm ( I need 8mm for new piercings). I have an order in the cart but I need 2x 8mm and 1 - 6mm each design. I also need the ball to be 2mm.
